The terms that apply to this website and to the work we carry out.

These terms cover the use of this website and the club fitting, building and repair work carried out by Blades Golf Repair. Using this site or leaving clubs with us means you accept them.

Using this website
The content on this site, including text, drawings, photographs and layout, belongs to Blades Golf Repair unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish or sell our content without written permission.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always online.
Prices and product information
Prices shown on this website are a guide. The final price of a build depends on the heads, shafts and grips chosen at your fitting, and we confirm it with you before work begins. Prices may change without notice.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so finishes may differ slightly from the photographs.
Buying through eBay and Facebook
Buy buttons on this website take you to our listings on eBay or Facebook Marketplace. Purchases are completed there, not here. The sale is subject to that platform's terms, payment process and buyer protection, alongside these terms where they apply to the goods themselves.
Fittings and appointments
Fittings are by appointment. If you cannot make an appointment, please give us reasonable notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Any fitting fee is credited against a build placed with us.
Custom builds
Custom clubs are built to the specification agreed with you. Because they are made to your numbers, they cannot be resold as new, so custom builds are not returnable unless the work is faulty or does not match the agreed specification.
We will give you a realistic completion date. Build times can move if a component is delayed by a supplier, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Repairs and clubs left with us
We take care with every club left with us and carry out work to a professional standard. Some repairs carry inherent risk, particularly on older, worn or previously repaired clubs, and we will tell you before we start if we believe there is a risk of damage.
Please collect finished clubs within 90 days. After that we may charge storage, and after 12 months we may treat uncollected clubs as abandoned.
Payment
For custom builds we may ask for a deposit before ordering components. The balance is due when the work is finished, before the clubs leave the shop.
Faulty work
If something we built or repaired is not right, bring it back and tell us what is wrong. We will inspect it and, where the fault is ours, put it right at no charge. This does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or work carried out by someone else after us.
Manufacturer warranties on heads, shafts and grips are provided by the manufacturer, and we will help you make a claim.
Limits
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to work carried out is limited to the amount you paid us for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
